Kendal Ludden


Kendal Ludden is an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New York. Mr. Ludden attended Albany Law School. In addition to holding a law degree and CPA , Mr. Ludden also holds a Masters of Science degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. Mr. Ludden has received accreditation as a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and has completed a 40 hour training course in business valuations.


Mr. Ludden has a wide range of tax experience acquired through many years at the Internal Revenue Service as a field revenue agent, and in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche, Tohmatsu LLP.
